1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only after receipt of the full advance payment. A confirmation voucher will be shared on your registered email / WhatsApp after successful payment.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major payment modes:
– Online Payment – Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking
– Payment Link – Secure payment link shared by our Reservations Team
– Bank Transfer – NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
– At Hotel – Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI at Front Desk
3. Advance Payment
– For Direct Bookings: 100% advance is required to confirm the reservation.
– For Group / Event Bookings: 50% advance at the time of booking and balance 15 days prior to arrival.

4. Secure Transactions
All online transactions on our website are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
– Cancellation 72 hours prior to arrival: Full refund.
– Cancellation within 72 hours / No-Show: full retention will apply.
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment mode.

6. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in Time: 13:00 hrs (PM)
Check-out Time: 11:00 hrs (AM)
A valid government photo ID is mandatory at check-in.
